Michael Harris

Michael Harris has extensive experience in cyber security. Michael began their career in 2010 as an Operations Manager for the US Army. In 2013, they took a Student at Information Systems Management Course at the US Army Cyber Center of Excellence. Afterward, they held three positions at the US Army from 2014 to 2020, including Information Systems Manager, Information Systems Engineer, and Systems Support Branch Chief. Michael then worked as a Security Engineer at 22nd Century Technologies Inc. from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are a Cyber Security Engineer at Caelum Research Corporation.

Michael Harris has a Masters of Information Systems and Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, which they obtained in 2012. Michael also holds a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University, which they obtained in 2003. Additionally, they have completed a course in Fundamentals of Software Quality Assurance Engineering from Veterans4Quality. Michael has also obtained a number of certifications, including Contracting Officer's Representative (FAC-COR) from Defense Acquisition University in 2018, ITIL Foundation from EXIN in 2013, Security+ from CompTIA in 2014, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and Certified Network Defense Architect (CNDA) from EC-Council in 2019, and Cisco Certified Network Associate from Cisco in 2014.
