Andrea Magrini

Andrea Magrini has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Andrea started their career as the Manufacturing Manager at Magrini (UK) Ltd t/a CAEM UK in 1999, where they managed workflow and machinery. In 2001, they joined CAEM Shelving Engineering, a family business, as the Sales and Finance Director. Under their leadership, the business expanded its presence in Italy, UK, India, and Australia. In 2009, they became the Director at KORSEO, specializing in web and internet marketing. From 2011, they took on the role of Director at CAEM INDIA SHELVING Pvt Ltd, focusing on strategic planning, marketing, and industrial strategy. In 2014, they became the Managing Director at CAEM UK, a leading manufacturer of gondola shelving solutions. Finally, in 2019, they took on the role of Managing Director at Recyclever, working towards a stronger circular economy through innovative reverse vending machines.

Andrea Magrini has a diverse education history. In 1989, they graduated from Liceo Scientifico with a degree in Maturità Scientifica, focusing on Physics, Maths, and IT. Andrea then pursued higher education at Università di Pisa from 1994 to 2000, earning a Laurea in Economia Aziendale, Marketing. During the same period, they also obtained a degree in Economia Aziendale, specializing in Marketing. In 2018, they attended Saïd Business School, University of Oxford for the Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business Programme, where they focused on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
