Nicola Paoli

Nicola Paoli has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an IT Consultant and Web Designer when they were self-employed from 1994 to 1999. In the year 2000, they joined C.Invest s.r.l. as a Web Designer and Communication Specialist until 2001. From 2001 to 2004, Nicola worked at CAEN SpA as a Marketing and Sales Manager. Nicola then became the Marketing and Sales Manager at CAEN SpA from 2004 to 2010. From 2011 onwards, they served as the Marketing and Sales Division Director at CAEN SpA. Additionally, in 2004, Nicola joined CAEN Technologies Inc. as the Vice President and C.O.O. until 2017 when they became the President and C.E.O.

Nicola Paoli completed their education history with a Diploma in Applied Sciences from Liceo Scientifico, from the years 1982 to 1987. They then pursued their Master's degree in Electronic Engineering with a focus on Automation, Robotics, and Industrial Automation from Università di Pisa, attending from 1987 to 1993. Later on, Nicola Paoli obtained a Post-Master degree in Professional Qualification in Electronic Engineering from Università di Pisa in the year 2001.
