Shang Chou

Shang Chou, CQF, currently serves as a Partner at Caerus Investment Advisors, LLC and an Advisory Board Member at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where previously held the position of Adjunct Professor of Finance. Notable recent roles include Chief Revenue Officer at Tema ETFs from 2024 to 2025, and Managing Director at Simplify from 2021 to 2024, where significant contributions were made in scaling the firm and developing numerous ETFs.
