Charles Quinn, CISSP, currently serves as the Cyber Threat Intelligence Architect at Caesars Entertainment since March 2025. Prior to this role, Charles held the position of Cyber Threat Intelligence Program Lead at Levi Strauss & Co. from 2022 to March 2025 and was a Lead Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst at Wells Fargo from November 2019 to October 2022, as well as at State Farm from April 2017 to October 2019. Charles also possesses a military background, having served as the Computer Network Defense Manager in the US Army from January 2010 to August 2017. Throughout the career, Charles has demonstrated expertise in establishing and managing network security architecture, communicating vulnerabilities, and developing cyber security policies, alongside conducting audits, risk assessments, and coordinating Defensive Cyber Operations. Charles holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Information Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
