Cynthia Allen

Cynthia Allen has a diverse background in IT and management, holding key positions such as Lead IT Service Delivery Manager at Caesars Entertainment Corporation from September 2016 to May 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing Enterprise Service Desk and BCO Operations. Prior to this, Cynthia worked at Mohave County Sheriff's Office from March 2004 to June 2006, serving as a Detention Officer and progressing to roles including Senior Systems Analyst and Gaming Technology Manager. Academically, Cynthia earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Social & Behavioral Sciences from Mohave College.
