Kaitlin Molina

Kaitlin Molina has extensive experience in talent acquisition and operational leadership within the hospitality industry, currently serving as Regional Vice President of Talent Acquisition and HR Initiatives at Caesars Entertainment since September 2013. Prior roles at Caesars include Senior Director of Housekeeping Operations, where operational oversight was provided for three major properties, and Director of Housekeeping Operations, responsible for leading substantial teams in housekeeping and environmental services. Molina has also held positions in training and development at Passkey, achieving significant recognition for innovative training solutions. An Executive MBA in Human Resources from Cornell University complements a solid academic background in Hospitality Administration and Culinary Arts from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
