Omer Ben-Moshe

Omer Ben-Moshe is a seasoned Operations and Supply Chain Executive with extensive experience leading national operations in various industries. Currently serving as the National Operations Manager at Caesarstone Australia since April 2012, Omer is accountable for all facets of operations including forecasting, shipping, logistics, and customer service, while optimizing resources and maintaining high standards. Previously, Omer was the Production Manager at Pact Group Holdings Ltd, holding full site responsibilities, and before that, served as Operations Manager and Plant Manager at Netafim, where responsibilities included production management, planning, and supply chain optimization across Australia and New Zealand. Omer holds an MBA from Monash University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Coventry University.
