Julia Lin

Julia Lin is an experienced project manager and data analyst with a strong background in healthcare and graphic design. Currently serving as a Project Manager at CAF America, Julia oversees initiatives for the Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Council. Prior roles include Senior Data Analyst at Northwell Health, where Julia led the execution of the Mentor Professional Learning Community program, and Clinical Data Analyst at the same organization, where responsibilities included managing the 'Mentor Program' and creating the layout for the hospital's annual report. Notably, Julia has contributed as Clinical Research Coordinator at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, focusing on optimizing antibiotic prescribing through data management and visualization. Julia also has graphic design experience, having worked with organizations like the Exceptional Artists Foundation and Radiance Aesthetics & Wellness, where branding and marketing were key responsibilities.
