Nicole Varner has a diverse work experience in the philanthropy sector. Nicole started their career as an Intern at Globewomen, Inc in 2011. Nicole then joined CAF America in 2012 and held multiple roles including Grants Assistant, Grants Officer, Assistant Director of Donor Advised & Grant Services, Senior Director of Donor Advised & Grant Services, and Vice President of Grant Services. In these roles, Nicole managed donor advised funds, conducted global grant making, advised corporations on strategic direction and best practices in philanthropy, and consulted with prospective clients on their needs in international philanthropy. Nicole also coordinated with charitable organizations for grant applications and evaluated organizations in numerous countries. Nicole's most recent role at CAF America was as the Vice President of Technology and Cybersecurity, emphasizing their expertise in technology and cybersecurity within the philanthropy sector.

Nicole Varner completed their Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology from The George Washington University, attending from 2008 to 2012. In 2011, they briefly studied Anthropology at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
