Iñigo Balda

Iñigo Balda has a strong background in the rail industry, with experience working at various companies within the CAF Group. IÑIGO started their career at CAF (Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles) in 2000, where they served as a Lead Project Engineer for almost nine years. In 2008, they joined CAF Signalling as Managing Director, a role they held until 2019. During their time at CAF Power & Automation from 2019 to 2023, they served as Managing Director. In addition, they also took on the role of Components Business Director for CAF Power & Automation and CAF MiiRA from 2019 to February 2021. Currently, Iñigo Balda is serving as the Managing Director of CAF Turnkey & Engineering, starting from January 2023.

Iñigo Balda attended the University of Navarra from 1993 to 1999, where they studied Industrial Engineering. In 2006 to 2008, they pursued further education at IESE Business School. IÑIGO returned to IESE Business School in 2022 to complete the PADE 2022 program.
