Azul Miranda

Azul Miranda is a seasoned professional in human capital and digital transformation, currently serving as Principal Executive at CAF – Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean, focusing on agile adoption of strategic changes across member countries. Previously, at IDB Bank, Azul led the implementation of the Civil Society Engagement Strategy and coordinated initiatives to enhance collaboration with key stakeholders in the region. Additional experience includes optimizing communication for resource mobilization at UNICEF, promoting employee well-being at the Inter-American Development Bank, strengthening institutional positioning at InnovaRed, and optimizing staff allocation at PwC. Education includes a Master’s in Communication for Change Management from Universidad Austral and various certifications in diversity management and agile cultural transformation.
