Lorena Caro is an accomplished professional with extensive expertise in strategic planning, data analysis, and impact evaluation across various sectors. Currently serving as an Ejecutivo in the Dirección de Aportes al Desarrollo y Medición de Impacto at CAF since April 2024, Lorena previously contributed to the Makers Fellowship as a member, focusing on leadership and entrepreneurship development. Experience includes consulting at Customer Intelligence Inc., directing capability building at the Ministry of Defense, and managing security strategies within the Secretaría Distrital de Seguridad.
