Luciana C.

Luciana C. is currently the Principal Executive of the Operations Programming Department at CAF - Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean, a role they have held since 2024. Prior to this position, they served as an Economic and Financial Affairs Officer at the Consulate General of Mexico in New York from 2022 to 2024. Luciana has an extensive background in international finance and law, having held various positions including Mexico’s Executive Director at the Caribbean Development Bank and Deputy Director at International Financial Institutions. They earned multiple degrees, including a Master of Public Administration in Economic Policy Management from Columbia University, and have been a founding partner at Dos Erres y Dos O since 2011.
