Alyson Carson (Moliterno) has a diverse work experience in the marketing and sales field. Alyson started their career as a Sales Associate at American Eagle Outfitters in 2006, where they excelled in managing sales transactions and meeting daily sales goals. In 2010, they gained experience as a Sales Intern at Catherine Malandrino - Malandrino, where they assisted buyers, took orders, and worked alongside the PR department and director of sales. In the same year, they also worked as a Marketing Intern at Cafaro Company - Eastwood Mall. Alyson then continued their marketing career at CAFARO in 2012, initially starting as an Assistant Marketing Director at Eastwood Mall Complex, before becoming the Marketing Director at the same complex. Alyson also served as the Interim Marketing Director at Kennedy Mall for a brief period in 2014. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Marketing Director at CAFARO.
Alyson Carson (Moliterno) pursued their education from 2007 to 2011 at Kent State University, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising.

Cafaro and his brother John started out developing properties for grocers. Currently our portfolio encompasses more than 50 projects totaling more than 30 million square feet of space Now, as the company has surpassed its 60th birthday, a third generation of Cafaros is putting its own imprint on the business. Co-Presidents William A. Cafaro and Anthony Cafaro, Jr. bring their own unique talents, vision and techniques, all the while maintaining the philosophy to which they were born. They continue to redevelop and reposition the property portfolio with an eye toward expansion. Stability and integrity remain the watchwords for Cafaro’s professionals. They manage our core functions...management, leasing, marketing, security, construction and maintenance...in-house to ensure the highest possible quality for tenants and shoppers. Many of our professionals have been with us for decades, bringing a rare mix of skill and continuity. They’re part of the family too.
