Jim Williams

Jim Williams is a seasoned information technology professional with extensive experience in application management and database administration. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at CAFARO since September 2013, Jim manages a team responsible for customizing and maintaining key business applications, including JD Edwards, Hyland OnBase, and Microsoft SharePoint. Previously, Jim held the position of Senior Support Representative at Thomson Reuters, where roles began as an intern before transitioning to a full-time position. Earlier work experience includes part-time roles at FedEx Ground and Christopher Masonry, as well as a position as a Concession Stand Attendant/Cook at Natale's New York Pizza. Jim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the University of Toledo, earned between 2006 and 2012.
