The Finance Team at CA Fastigheter AB is responsible for overseeing the financial health and strategy of the company. Key duties include financial reporting, budgeting, and managing cash flow to ensure the optimal allocation of resources. The team also conducts financial analysis to guide investment decisions, supports project financing, and ensures compliance with local and international financial regulations. Members include a Business Controller, Redovisningsekonom (Accountants), Ekonom (Economist), Ekonomichef (Chief Financial Officer), and Projektekonom (Project Accountant).
