Lucy Oldham-Smith

Lucy Oldham-Smith is a seasoned Project Management Office (PMO) professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as PMO Manager at Cafcass since May 2023, Lucy previously held the same title at NOW: Pensions from April 2020, where responsibilities included leading the PMO service, redeveloping frameworks, and launching project management tools. Prior roles at Experian involved supporting innovation portfolios as an EPMO Analyst and managing a team of Project Support Officers as PSO Team Leader. Earlier experience includes project management at Nottinghamshire Police and various administrative positions at Nottingham City Council and other organizations. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities with Music & Classical Studies from The Open University.
