Rebecca Anderson has over a decade of experience in child welfare and family services, currently serving as the Model Office Programme Manager at Cafcass since July 2012. In this role, Rebecca focuses on strategic planning to enhance child outcomes and oversees various work streams from inception to national rollout. Previously, as a Business Transformation Analyst, Rebecca utilized evidence-informed innovation to evaluate and recommend service improvements. With a background as an Operational Business Analyst, Rebecca represented Cafcass at a national level and presented at an international conference in Boston. Earlier roles included Model Office Coordinator and Corporate Support Officer, engaging in policy development and operational changes within the organization. Rebecca began their career as a Legal Secretary at Tees Law and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Durham University and a distinction in the Legal Practice Course from Anglia Ruskin University.
