James Watson is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in the food industry. Currently serving as Sous Chef at Ayrshire Farms since April 2018, and holding the position of Chef at Cafe Berlin since December 2015, James has honed skills in both high-pressure and innovative kitchen environments. Previous experience includes a role as Executive Chef at Buenos Aires Cafe, specializing in classic and contemporary Argentinian cuisine, as well as positions at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where responsibilities included Sous Chef and Cook 1. James Watson's educational foundation was established at St. Edward's University from 1989 to 1993.
