Albert Au Siu Cheung

Mr Au Siu Cheung has been an Independent Non-executive Director of the Company since January 2013 and is the Chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr Au is the Special Advisor of BDO Limited, the Hong Kong member firm of BDO International Limited. He has more than 40 years of experience in the accountancy profession. Mr Au was the President of the Council of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants from December 2007 to December 2008. He is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Mr Au is currently an independent non-executive director, the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee of AAC Technologies Holdings Inc., the shares of which are listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
