Aubrey Li Kwok Sing

Mr Li Kwok Sing has been an Independent Non-executive Director of the Company since 1994 and is the Chairman of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee. Mr Li is Chairman of IAM Family Office Limited, a Hong Kong-based investment firm, and has extensive experience in the fields of investment banking, merchant banking and capital markets. He is a non-executive director of The Bank of East Asia, Limited, and an independent non-executive director of Kowloon Development Company Limited and Pokfulam Development Company Limited. The shares of all these companies are listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Mr Li holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Civil Engineering from Brown University.
