Shannon Elder

Shannon Elder is a knowledgeable professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and accounting. Currently serving as a Position Analyst and Supply Chain Specialist at Cafe Imports since January 2022, Shannon has previously held roles including Accounting Specialist at Mulhall's and Lead Coffee Roaster/Production Manager at Hardy Coffee Co. In addition to entrepreneurial experience as the Owner of Hype Bike Coffee Co. LLC, Shannon has also worked as an Underwriter at Mutual of Omaha and a Teller at Metro Credit Union-Omaha. Educationally, Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Sustainability Studies at the same institution, while also having attended Metropolitan Community College in 2021.
