Antoine Derivry

Antoine Derivry is an experienced hospitality manager currently serving as Manager réseau for Café Joyeux, overseeing multiple locations in Paris and other regions, and previously managing Café Joyeux Olympia. Prior roles include management positions at Picto, where Antoine managed a boutique and assisted in operational processes for franchise development, as well as experience in various restaurant and hotel roles, including Chef de rang and Private Butler.
