Aymeric Villiers has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Manager for multiple Café Joyeux locations since May 2022, including Café Joyeux Saint-Philippe-du-Roule, Café Joyeux des Champs-Élysées, and Café Joyeux Olympia, previously holding the role of Assistant Manager. Prior to this, Aymeric worked as Assistant Responsable Opérationnel at soyezBCBG - 5àSec Group and as Assistant Directeur Administratif et Financier at Radisson Blu Champs Elysées. A foundational internship in 2015 took place at Hôtel du Palais, with roles as Waiter and Chef de rang at various esteemed eateries, including La Villa Eugénie and L'hippocampe. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Hospitality Management from Luxury Hotelschool Paris and a Master 2 in Luxury Hospitality from Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée, supplemented by a Bachelor's degree and a CTH Level 4 qualification in Hospitality.
