Remo Melucci

Remo Melucci has over three decades of experience in the restaurant industry, holding various leadership roles. Currently serving as the VP of Field Operations at Cafe Rio Mexican Grill, Remo previously worked as a Regional Manager at the same establishment. Prior to that, Remo held the title of Operating Partner/District Manager at Elephant Bar Restaurant for 15 years. Their career began at Jeremiahs Steakhouse, where Remo served as an Operating Partner. Melucci earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business from the College of the Desert.
