Rex Smith

Rex Smith is an experienced culinary professional with a focus on management and operations. Currently serving as Chef Manager at Cafe Services Inc. since August 2016, Rex has overseen the culinary services at NYISO following a transition from Aramark. Prior to this role, Rex worked at SODEXO as Dining Services Production Manager, where supervision of culinary activities, purchasing, and menu development were key responsibilities.
