Alexis Chitwood

Alexis Chitwood, MBA, PSM1, serves as the Director of Quality Engineering at Raptive since May 2017, where significant contributions include enhancing the QA process and establishing automation frameworks that led to a 50% improvement in product delivery timelines. Previously, Alexis held various positions at Raptive, including Senior Manager Quality Engineering and Technical Scrum Master, overseeing quality control procedures and leading testing efforts for large projects. Alexis’s earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Application Support Engineer at eCapital LLC and Technical Engineer at PracticeGenius, along with freelance web design work. Alexis holds an MBA from Point Loma Nazarene University and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the same institution.
