Eddie Mercado

Eddie Mercado has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Eddie began their career as a Talent Agent at Innovative Artists and worked there from 1999 to 2005. Eddie then transitioned into the field of digital marketing and SEO, starting as a Senior Analyst at Discovery Inc from 2006 to 2008. At Viacom, they served as the Manager of SEO & Digital Marketing from 2008 to 2010. Eddie then joined AOL as a Senior Manager of SEO & Organic Audience Development in 2010. From 2011 to 2017, they held multiple roles at DIRECTV, including Senior Manager of SEO Digital Acquisition and Lead Manager of Digital Acquisition & Customer Experience. Eddie then worked as the Marketing Director of TV Everywhere at Discovery Inc in 2017-2018. In 2019, Eddie joined Dotdash as the Director of Growth & Content Strategy, and later became the Senior Director in the same department. Eddie continued in this position until 2021. In 2023, they worked at Credible as the Senior Director and Head of Organic Marketing. Currently, Eddie holds the role of Vice President of SEO Services at Raptive.
