Mim Friz

Mim Friz has a diverse range of work experience spanning several years. From 1987 to 1999, they worked at Wachovia Corporation as a Senior Network Engineer, where they were responsible for implementing a frame-relay network and leading a corporate IP restructuring project. They then joined Thrupoint, Inc in 1999 as a Senior Technical Project Manager, managing various transformation projects for clients such as Citigroup and Verizon. In 2013, Mim began working at CaféX Communications as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing the planning and execution of high-value projects and leading the transition from Waterfall to Agile methodology. They later assumed the role of Director, Program Management Office, where they established the first-ever PMO and improved project visibility and resource management. Additionally, as the Director, PMO / Customer Success, Mim ensured compliance with established agreements and corporate policies. Overall, Mim Friz has a strong background in project management and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects across different industries.

Mim Friz completed a Project Management Professional (PMP) degree from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in 2009. Prior to that, from 1977 to 1981, they attended Stockton University, though the degree and field of study obtained during this period are unknown.
