Neil Ellis

Neil Ellis is currently the CIO & CISO at CafeX Communications. Neil has over 20 years of experience in network infrastructure and security.

Neil started their career as a Statistical Analyst with the Office for National Statistics. Neil was part of the team that collated, analysed and published statistical reports based on government statistics. In 1996, they moved to the University of Wales, Newport, where they took on the role of Senior Network Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining the university's network infrastructure and services, including security, file and print services, and IP allocation. Neil left the University of Wales in 2001 to join CafeX Communications.

Neil Ellis has a Master of Science in IT Management from the University of Wales. Neil also attended Bassaleg Comprehensive School.

Neil Ellis reports to Rami Musallam, CEO. They work with and Kevin Glass - CTO.
