Thomas Madhavan has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Thomas started their career in 2009 as a Junior Software Engineer at Avaya, where they worked on test development and analysis for their SIP product set. Thomas gained experience in Linux administration, JUnit, Jira, and Ant during their time there.

In 2012, Thomas joined ThruPoint as a Software Engineer, where they focused on the development, maintenance, and performance testing of ThruPoint's WebRTC product suite. Thomas acquired knowledge and experience in JUnit, Java, Ant, and Session Initiation Protocol.
