Henry Sichel

Henry Sichel has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Henry is the Founder and General Manager of Caffeina | Ideas Never Sleep, a company focused on business innovation. Additionally, they serve as the GM at Dynamo | Digital Product Agency, a part of the Caffeina group, where they lead a team in developing successful digital products. Henry was also a Board Member at the Forum della Meritocrazia. Previously, they worked at L'Oréal as an HR Assistant, managing recruitment for the Mass Market department. Henry also worked as an Analyst at SDA Bocconi School of Management, where they conducted research on HR management in public services. Henry gained experience in project delivery and management as an Assistant at Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri. Prior to that, they worked at MUTTI SPA as an employee. Lastly, they co-founded Oikosmos, a student association focused on improving students' life, where they served as President and worked on various projects.

Henry Sichel obtained their undergraduate degree in Business and Management from the Università degli Studi di Parma, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Henry then pursued further education at the Università Bocconi, completing a Master's degree in Public Management from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, Henry had the opportunity to be an exchange student at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), where they focused on Public Management for a brief period.
