Girthiha Anandh has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Girthiha started their career as a Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra (formerly Mahindra Satyam) in 2005 and later transitioned into the role of QA Engineer. At HTC Global Services, they held various roles including Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Quality Engineering Lead for a period of ten years.

In 2019, Girthiha moved on to Rabbit, Inc. where they served as a Systems Software Manager. Girthiha'sresponsibilities involved managing the software quality of the product, playing an integral role in product requirements, design, prioritization, scoping, and validation. Additionally, they also drove the automation strategy for the product, establishing infrastructure for development and test environments, enabling continuous integration, continuous testing, and continuous delivery.

Currently, Girthiha is working at Caffeine as a Technical Project Manager. Caffeine is a social broadcasting platform for gaming, sports, and entertainment, allowing real-time engagement between viewers and broadcasters. In addition to their bachelor's degree, they also obtained several certifications. In May 2006, they became an Associate in General Insurance from The Institutes. Later, in February 2015, Girthiha Anandh obtained a Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance. Finally, in April 2017, they acquired the SAFe Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
