CaffreYOGA is a New York City–based yoga therapy and professional education organization advancing nervous system–informed, trauma-aware practice. We provide individualized yoga therapy, teacher trainings, and continuing education designed to support whole-person well-being and elevate the standard of yoga education.

We provide individualized yoga therapy and comprehensive teacher education grounded in therapeutic movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and ethical teaching methodology. Our work supports individuals navigating chronic stress, pain, burnout, grief, and mental health–related challenges while also preparing yoga teachers to work skillfully and responsibly with diverse populations.

Yoga therapy sessions are personalized and adaptive, designed to cultivate regulation, resilience, and embodied awareness. This work is educational and supportive in nature and is intended to complement—not replace—medical or mental health care.

As a Registered Yoga School, CaffreYOGA offers 200-hour teacher trainings and continuing education in therapeutic and contemplative practices, including Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and yoga philosophy. Our programs emphasize clarity, integrity, and practical application, elevating the standard of yoga education beyond formulaic instruction.

We also collaborate with organizations to deliver yoga and mindfulness programming that supports stress resilience in professional environments.

Across all offerings, CaffreYOGA bridges therapeutic integrity with rigorous education while prioritizing depth over trend, responsibility over performance, and sustainable well-being for both individuals and educators.
