Karen Livingstone McIpd

Karen Livingstone MCIPD is currently serving as the Director of People Culture and Change at CAFOD. Prior to this role, Karen held HR positions at various organizations such as Natural Resource Governance Institute, Amnesty International, and BHP Billiton. With a background in HR management, recruitment, and performance management, Karen has experience working with global teams and implementing best practices in HR processes. Karen holds a MA in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University.
