Dessie Brady is currently serving as a Food Technologist in the Robotics & Automation department at CAFRE - College of Agriculture, Food and Rural Enterprise. Dessie also held a position as a Senior Food Technologist in the Food Security & Agri-Food Trade department at DAERA. Dessie's expertise includes a research and development project with Queen's University to analyze virtual modeling of food production processes for the industry to invest in automation technology.
