Tahir Shah is an experienced professional with a diverse background in managing and scaling businesses, particularly in the food and technology sectors. Currently serving as Head of New Verticals at CAFU, Tahir is focused on hyper-scaling non-fuel services to transform CAFU into a comprehensive car superapp. Prior roles include Entrepreneur In Residence at ChatFood, where a feasibility project for European market entry was conducted, and Senior Commercial Manager at Careem, leading the successful launch of a food product in Saudi Arabia while growing the customer base significantly. As the Founder and General Manager of Moti Roti, a popular fast-casual restaurant, Tahir established a well-respected brand in the UAE's food and beverage landscape. Additionally, Tahir founded The Food Founder to mentor and support aspiring restaurateurs in Dubai. Early career experience includes a lengthy tenure at Nokia, where roles culminated in Lead Solutions Architect, managing key client relationships and technical project rollouts. Tahir holds a Certificate in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire.
