Alicia Reddin (Ph.D.

Alicia Vargas-Reddin, PhD, MEd, currently serves as a Learning and Development Consultant for DoorDash and holds multiple leadership roles, including Junior Vice Commander for DAV Chapter 64 and Board Member of the Swampscott Board of Health. Vargas-Reddin is also the Chief Executive Officer of Synergy Management Solutions LLC. Previous experience includes serving as the TRIO Program Director for Suffolk University, where responsibilities involved recruitment and outreach for veteran services, and as the Director of Veteran Services for the City of Melrose. Vargas-Reddin has extensive experience in educational consulting, program development, and veteran support, with significant roles in the US Navy focusing on career development and substance abuse prevention. Educationally, Vargas-Reddin holds a PhD in Educational Studies from Lesley University and a Master of Education from Northeastern University, alongside other degrees in human development and drug/alcohol rehabilitation counseling.
