Alicia Vargas-Reddin, PhD, MEd, currently serves as a Learning and Development Consultant for DoorDash and holds multiple leadership roles, including Junior Vice Commander for DAV Chapter 64 and Board Member of the Swampscott Board of Health. Vargas-Reddin is also the Chief Executive Officer of Synergy Management Solutions LLC.
