Joshua Varga

Joshua Varga is an experienced multi-unit manager in the restaurant industry, currently overseeing operations at Cafua Management Company, LLC since January 2017. Previous roles include positions as restaurant manager and culinary manager at Red Robin, where responsibilities encompassed managing kitchen operations, and earlier experience as bar manager at the same establishment. Joshua also served as culinary manager at Romano's Macaroni Grill and Bonefish Grill, starting in February 2005.
