Karen Brennan

Karen Brennan has extensive experience in IT support, currently serving as the IT Systems Support Manager at Cafua Management Company since December 2011, where responsibilities include supporting over 200 Dunkin Donuts franchise locations across New England, New York, and Florida, and contributing to the growth of the IT department. Prior to this role, Karen worked as an IT Support Specialist at CompuCom from July 2007 to December 2011, providing software support for an international finance bank while ensuring compliance with service level agreements. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Technology, with a focus on Information Technology Management, from Southern New Hampshire University, completed in 2018.
