Jorge Serrano Escobar

Jorge Serrano Escobar is an experienced Community Manager currently overseeing daily operations of a 432-unit apartment complex at Cagan Management Group, Inc. since December 2017. Jorge's professional background includes roles as a Lease Administrator and Property Accounting specialist at US Logistics Investment Management, LLC, and as an Administrator for various Public Housing Projects in Puerto Rico. Jorge has consistently demonstrated expertise in property management, lease analysis, personnel management, and team coordination throughout their career, contributing to the successful operation and development of multiple housing initiatives. Jorge holds a Master's degree in Public Health and a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration/Management from Universidad Metropolitana.
