Cody Callahan is an experienced Survey Project Manager currently employed at CAGE Civil Engineering since November 2023, with prior roles in the same capacity at Galloway & Company, Inc. from May 2021 to November 2023, and as a Survey Party Chief at Premier Engineering Corporation and Arizona Highway Solutions. Cody's expertise lies in heavy civil surveying, overseeing large highway and bridge projects, ensuring OSHA compliance, and managing crew coordination and data collection. An accomplished engineer, Cody progressed rapidly in the field, managing major projects across Arizona and fulfilling contracts under budget while exceeding industry standards. Prior to entering civil engineering, Cody served in the US Army as a Deep Sea Diver, where responsibilities included supervising junior soldiers and leading underwater construction projects, earning multiple promotions and commendations. Cody holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University and various engineering qualifications.
