We're the people you call when you've been burned or short-changed by recruiters...but you and your boss need a key position filled, yesterday.

We're the "Un-Search" firm.

You may ask: “What’s different about what you do?"

1. Speed: 2 qualified candidates in 10 days or less.
2. Accuracy: The candidates will be "dead on target.".
3. Cost: In general, you’ll pay 1/3 less.

There are three forms of talent you must consider.

1. Talent Outside Your Firm: How can you attract and then vet the right people for the most important roles in your organization? What are the competencies of the people who's excel for you? How can you ensure that you won’t be surprised and find that your ideal hire was presenting themselves as an ideal candidate – and not truly themselves?

2. Your Team Today: How can you ensure that you have identified the key seats in your organization, determined if you have the right people in those seats and taken steps to either enhance their performance or move them out? We can help you to assess, select, develop, coach, and retain A-players for your team.

3. Your Career. Are you unsure of your future, and find it hard to "tell your story?" I've worked with hundreds of people like you. They come away with a powerful sense and ability to understand themselves and explain powerfully what they provide to companies.

We have worked for decades on just these issues that are of concern to executives who want to be successful.
