Joakim Myrland

Joakim Myrland has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Joakim founded CageEye in 2013 and served as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Software Architect, and Chief Innovation Officer until June 2018. Prior to this, they worked at Axicon AS as a Hardware Engineer from August 2010 to February 2012. Joakim then rejoined Axicon AS in February 2013 as a Hardware & Software Consultant, a position which they held until April 2021. In 2016, Joakim also founded CasMyr AS and became the Chief Executive Officer. Overall, Joakim Myrland has demonstrated their expertise in software architecture, innovation, and hardware engineering throughout their career.

Joakim Myrland attended Oslo and Akershus University College from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Following this, they pursued their Master of Science degree in the same field of study at the University of Oslo (UiO) from 2010 to 2012.
