Edwin Li has worked in the engineering field since 2001. Edwin began their career at Boston Scientific as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they developed a Scrap Reduction Analysis System (SRAS). In 2008, they moved to Spineview as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, assisting in product and process development and implementing pilot production labels, card inserts, and packaging procedures. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at Arthrocare as a Senior Process Engineer, developing and implementing laser welding of tungsten, DFM process changes, and process transfers. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Earlens Corporation as a Principal Manufacturing Engineer, developing and implementing design and process verification & validation for Cobra I and II Light Tip projects. In 2018, they moved to Roxwood Medical, Inc, a BTG International group company, as a Manufacturing Engineer, writing and implementing microcatheter Process Validation Protocols and managing CM timelines, process characterization, PV builds, and testing. Most recently, they have worked at Cagent Vascular as a Manufacturing Engineer since 2019.
Edwin Li attended Stanford University from 1995 to 2001, where they earned a Master's degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer.
