Paul Wilson

Paul Wilson is an experienced executive in the medical device industry, currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Cagent Vascular since February 2025. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Vice President of Sales at Teleflex from May 2022 to March 2025. At Abbott, Paul climbed the ranks from Senior Director of Sales to Area Vice President of Sales in Heart Failure from August 2013 to May 2022. Additional experience includes Clinical Sales Leadership at Intuitive Surgical and various positions at Abbott and Guidant, including Divisional Vice President of Endovascular Sales and Regional Sales Manager. Paul began the career at Baxter Healthcare as a Global Marketing Manager after earning a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
