Sam Liu is the founder of CAGUUU, a position they have held since 2024. They previously served as Head of Japan at SHEIN from 2021 to 2024, and they founded iStar Solutions (2020–2021) and iStar Partners (2018–2021). They started their career with a summer internship at Strategy&, part of the PwC network, in 2014, and later worked as an Associate at Strategy& from 2016 to 2018. They earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science from The University of Tokyo in 2016.
