Scott O'Shaughnessy MBA (USN RET.) is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the building controls and mission-critical sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for the Americas at CAI Mission Critical since April 2025, Scott is responsible for overseeing daily operations and aligning them with strategic goals. Prior to this role, Scott managed operations at Sunbelt Controls and led a team at McKinstry as National Program Manager, focusing on building design and maintenance. Scott's background also includes serving as an XO at NAVSEA, where oversight of military efficiency and coordination of departmental activities were key responsibilities. Scott holds an MBA in Project Management from the University of Arkansas Grantham and a BS in Nuclear/Nuclear Power Technology from Excelsior College, complemented by training in Nuclear Engineering Technology from the US Navy Nuclear Power Pipeline.
