Michael Kraft

Michael Kraft, CPA, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at CAI Investments since 2023. Previously, Michael held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at EverChain® from 2021 to 2023, and Director of Finance at Sunlight Financial from 2017 to 2021. Michael's extensive experience includes roles as Senior Financial Consultant at RGP, Managing Director at Vanderbilt Ave. Asset Management, and Managing Director for Credit Investments at PB Capital Corp (Deutsche Bank). In earlier career stages, Michael was Chief Financial Officer and Head of Risk Management at HSH Nordbank, Director at WestLB, and Senior Financial Controller at Bankers Trust (Deutsche Bank), along with serving as Financial Controller for Treasury Products at ING. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
